Organisations, that survived the devastating effects of the global pandemic, are in the process of returning their operations to normal. For the majority of the organisations the question comes up: What does the new normal look like?

Through the COVID 19 experience, organisational resilience had been significantly challenged. As a starting point of building the new normal, die following fundamental questions should be asked:

• Human resources: What adjustments should be made to ensure the workforce is agile?
• Technology: What should be done differently to technology infrastructure and cyber security?
• Supply chain: What should be changed in terms of vetting and managing suppliers?
• Building and sites: What is the use of all the office space?
